Role Description This role is responsible for review of lease/loan documentation and booking for both direct and indirect transactions. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to policy and procedures, lien perfection, and maintaining the highest standard of quality for our lease/loan documentation. The functions performed by this team are critical to protecting the company from regulatory and credit risks.
