Qualifications - Experiência sólida em Product Design, com portfólio que demonstre projetos de interfaces complexas; - Experiência com ferramentas e sistemas internos (backoffice, admin panels, dashboards operacionais) - desejado; - Habilidade de gestão de produto: capacidade de priorizar demandas, entender trade-offs e tomar decisões com autonomia; - Domínio de Figma e ferramentas de prototipação e testes de usabilidade; - Experiência com pesquisa com usuários e análise de dados para embasar decisões de design.
