In This Role, You Will - Design end-to-end user experiences for distributed tracing, live debugging, and log management. - Work closely with product managers to understand requirements, advocate for user needs, and ensure designs address customer pain points. - Partner with engineers to ensure your designs are both technically feasible and user-friendly, leveraging technical knowledge to improve workflows. - Conduct user research and testing to deeply understand customer pain points and validate your designs. - Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across the Application Observability suite and the broader Dynatrace platform. - Balance system performance, scalability, and usability to deliver exceptional experiences. What will help you succeed - At least 5 years of experience designing digital software products, with a focus on enterprise software or SaaS solutions. - Proficiency in prototyping with Figma and proven ability to create elegant, intuitive user journeys - Ability to ask critical questions and collaborate with product managers to align designs with user needs and business goals. - Technical knowledge is a strong plus, including familiarity with APIs, developer workflows, or basic coding. - Experience designing for developer-focused products, such as monitoring, debugging, or observability tools is a strong plus. - Familiarity with vibe coding or tools that bridge design and development is a strong advantage. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - A passion for solving complex problems and designing for highly technical users.
