About this role Global Product Solutions (“GPS”) was formed with the mission to innovate, curate and commercialise the full breadth of our investment platform for what our clients need, wherever they are. The function is responsible for driving commercial investment priorities across the platform, innovating the next wave of products and solutions, and helping clients build better portfolios via actionable market and portfolio insights. The iShares Fixed Income Product Strategy team in Asia Pacific is responsible for driving fixed income ETF client adoption through targeted client initiatives, in partnership with distribution channels. The team is responsible for representing the firm’s investment process in front of clients and internal stakeholders, as well as driving commercialisation through key narratives, thought leadership, portfolio analysis and data driven insights. The team is expected to provide input to product development and partner with marketing teams on scaled narratives and campaigns. The role sits within the iShares Fixed Income Product Strategy APAC team and is primarily focused on the commercialization, growth, and development of the iShares Fixed Income ETF business across Asia ex-Japan (AxJ), spanning both institutional and wealth client segments. The successful candidate will be expected to drive commercial outcomes by leveraging the full capabilities of the firm and working closely with portfolio managers, product strategists, distribution partners, and marketing teams across regions. The individual will be a technology-enabled product strategist who combines strong investment expertise with modern automation capabilities, including rapidly prototyping tools (e.g., meta prompted investment proposition scripts, automated PowerPoints, industrialized analytics), translating business needs into scalable solutions, and leading or project-managing junior team members to deliver high-quality, repeatable outputs that support client engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Engage clients: as a technical subject matter expert and credible face, represent the full suite of fixed income ETFs bringing deep fixed income expertise to bear and developing a thorough understanding of client needs. - Develop client centric narratives based on differentiated ETF use cases, showcasing how ETFs are being used by different client segments / client types. - Own, create, tailor and maintain product information and narratives for presentations and client engagement.
