We are looking for a Vice President of Information Technology to lead our global IT function through a critical phase of evolution and enterprise innovation. Responsibilities - Stabilize and inspire a high-performing global IT organization through a leadership transition—earning trust and delivering results from day one. - Define and execute a strategic roadmap that balances operational reliability with modernization and enterprise scalability. - Drive enterprise AI and automation adoption, including the rollout and governance of tools like ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean (federated search), and agent-based workflows through n8n. - Lead global IT operations across infrastructure, service desk, identity and access management (Okta), client engineering, collaboration systems (O365, Slack, Zoom), and corporate platforms (Atlassian, ServiceNow, Workday). - Act as the trusted IT lead for M&A transactions, managing due diligence, identity integration, and post-close execution across global acquisitions and divestitures. - Deliver on near-term initiatives such as mobile device management rollout, a unified “single front door” employee experience, and expanded Glean and n8n deployments. - Strengthen data governance and compliance in support of IPO readiness, SOX alignment, and long-term architectural maturity. - Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Security, People, and Engineering teams to translate business goals into scalable, secure solutions. Qualifications - 15+ years of progressive IT leadership, including global team oversight and executive stakeholder engagement. - Strategic and operational depth across infrastructure, identity, enterprise applications, endpoint management, and collaboration ecosystems. - Proven ability to lead modernization, AI adoption, and automation initiatives at scale, especially in complex or high-growth environments. - Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like Okta, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Zoom, O365, Workday, and AWS. - Strong working knowledge of IT security, compliance frameworks, and access governance in support of IPO and audit readiness. - Experience leading across globally distributed teams, with a strong ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones—even as a U.S.-based leader. - Pragmatic leadership style: calm under pressure, strong in ambiguity, and able to bring structure without slowing down innovation. - Experience leading IT through M&A integration and due diligence is highly valued.
