• Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization’s strategic customer marketing initiatives • Analyzing customer trends and developing a deep understanding of the customer’s shopper path to purchase • Partnering with strategic customer to drive the value proposition through an omni-channel messaging strategy • Collaborating with sales leadership across all markets to cultivate key customer relationships • Identifying potential threats that could challenge growth goals • Bringing thought leadership to category business units • Partnering with cross functional leaders to assess and understand opportunities • Creating presentations to highlight and evaluate the results of strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline; MBA/advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing, shopper marketing, retailer marketing
- Experience working with major retailers in a customer-facing role preferred
- Able to travel approximately 30%
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Superior presentation and influencing skills
- Solid relationship building and collaboration skills – internally & externally

We’re not looking for someone who just “sends newsletters.” We’re looking for a Lifecycle Architect and CRM Strategist who understands how to turn engagement into action. You know that great email marketing isn’t about blasting promotions, it’s about building the right journey for the right audience at the right time. Your mission is to build and optimize UJV’s lifecycle marketing engine, transforming our advisor database into one of the company’s most valuable growth assets. You’ll create personalized experiences that deepen advisor engagement, strengthen loyalty, and drive measurable pipeline and booking growth across our luxury travel brands. What You’ll Own - Lifecycle & CRM Strategy: Own and evolve UJV’s CRM ecosystem within HubSpot, building scalable segmentation and lifecycle strategies. - Email Marketing & Campaign Execution: Build and execute high-performing email campaigns across various initiatives. - Segmentation & Personalization: Develop sophisticated segmentation strategies based on advisor behavior and interests. - Automation & Funnel Development: Create scalable automated workflows that support long-term growth. - Performance, Optimization & AI-Powered Growth: Own email performance reporting and optimization, leveraging AI tools for insights. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing. - Understanding of systems that drive long-term engagement and conversion. - Experience in building audience segmentation frameworks and automated lifecycle journeys. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven. - Strong analytical skills with experience tracking performance metrics. • Own Mixlab’s lifecycle marketing program end-to-end, including strategy, journey architecture, build, QA and ongoing optimization • Audit existing Iterable journeys and identify gaps, redundancies and optimization opportunities • Design and build automated journeys across the full customer lifecycle: welcome, activation, refill, win-back, loyalty and more • Develop segmentation strategies that personalize messaging based on species, medication type, purchase behavior and customer lifecycle stage • Establish a testing cadence (subject lines, send times, content, offers) and use results to continuously improve performance • Lead the expansion of Iterable beyond marketing communications to include transactional communications, managing IP warming and ensuring deliverability best practices are in place as the platform scales • Monitor and report on lifecycle program performance (open rates, click rates, conversion, repeat purchase rate, churn) and bring insights to the Director of Growth Marketing • Write, design and produce B2C email and SMS campaigns across OTC promotions, refill moments, product launches, seasonal campaigns and one-off consumer initiatives — with limited creative support, so comfort owning the full production process is essential • Maintain Mixlab’s brand voice across all lifecycle touchpoints • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to incorporate UGC, testimonials and product content into campaigns where relevant • Partner with the Director of Growth Marketing on campaign planning and calendar alignment • Own the end-to-end production of all consumer-facing email and SMS content — from writing copy to designing templates • Leverage AI tools to support and accelerate content production, ideation and campaign development • Track and report on lifecycle KPIs on a regular cadence, including journey performance, campaign results and contribution to retention metrics • Use Metabase and other BI tools to pull data and support performance analysis • Identify trends and surface actionable recommendations
