Job Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with 2-4 years in technical program management, product management, or data platform roles.
- Experience leading complex technical programs or digital products using agile and scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with program and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and roadmap planning tools.
- Proven ability to translate between technical and business contexts.
- Solid understanding of data platform concepts (data modeling, integrations, data warehouses, and analytics ecosystems).
- Familiarity with modern data technologies (SQL, ETL/ELT tools, BI platforms like Power BI, cloud environments like Azure).
- Experience partnering with engineers, technical leads, and product managers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- PMP, CSM, CSPO, or similar certification preferred.
