Quantitative Project Manager

• Support the Market Research Project Managers with the day-to-day management of market research studies to ensure all projects successfully complete on time and within budget, while meeting and exceeding client expectations. • Assist with field management, coordinating with respondents, vendors, and clients. • Build, update, and track customized fielding plans for all projects assigned. • Proactively seek alternative sample strategies when internal panel sample is not sufficient to reach the total sample size required. • Setup and testing of surveys. • Preparing updates for PMs and clients. • Assisting with project troubleshooting. • Desk research. • Respondent outreach, including confirmation calls, and emails to participants in market research surveys or web-assisted telephone interviews. • Hosting market research interviews for our clients, and ensuring interviews are conducted on time and as planned. • Assist with project administrative tasks, which may require the ordering and organizing of study materials, and coordination with mail vendors. • Comply with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency preferred
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must– both verbal and written
  • Strong skillset with Microsoft Office products
  • Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • The candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.
  • Must have the ability to help manage multiple online research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment, where deadlines can be moved, and other changes often occur in real time.
  • Must have basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc.
