Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Lead large scale enterprise implementation projects that can include multiple products, often introducing new technology/software to our customers. Partner with customer IT and clinical stakeholders to drive timely execution of the projects, working in parallel with customer success for smooth clinical adoption of the product, ensuring customers can realize ROI of the applications as quickly as possible. Writing project schedules for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities. Develop and manage projects within time and financial budget. Managing client expectations of product and services. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Communicating all the requirements and commitments (both verbally and in writing) for each project with clients, GEHC staff and management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of project management or commercial operations experience, or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 10 years progressive experience in project management). Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities Proven project management experience in complex environments Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. • Serve as the primary project owner for assigned workstreams or sub-programs. • Plan, execute, and control projects in accordance with PMP-aligned project management principles and utility delivery standards. • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across fast-moving, data-intensive utility initiatives. • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for utility stakeholders, including program managers, data owners, and technical leads. • Support opportunity identification through strong client engagement and consulting acumen. • Participate in client needs assessments related to asset data gaps, quality issues, regulatory drivers, and system dependencies. • Develop high-level project summaries, assumptions, risks, and deliverable outlines aligned to assigned scopes (e.g., data validation, data reconciliation, QA/QC, remediation support). • Finalize project staffing plans, including internal resources and subcontractors as needed. • Define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs across project teams. • Lead project kickoffs and ongoing coordination meetings. • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly client status meetings. • Track progress against schedule, budget, and productivity targets.

Effectively maintain project planning and budgeting reports and dashboard in Deltek Vision while c ollaborating with project accountants to monitor financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, invoicing, and timely collection. Travel 10-15% Qualifications: Minimum 12+ years related technical Consulting Engineering or project management experience in building design. Self-driven individual capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad area of assignments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited curriculum.
