Job Description Summary Join GE Healthcare as a Digital Project Manager for US and Canada, leading the installation of cutting-edge digital applications that improve clinical workflow efficiencies for our Diagnostic Imaging equipment. You will collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to determine the best implementation strategy for our customers and their specific needs, as well as work directly with our customer’s clinical and technical stakeholders to execute the installation of these applications. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Lead large scale enterprise implementation projects that can include multiple products, often introducing new technology/software to our customers. Partner with customer IT and clinical stakeholders to drive timely execution of the projects, working in parallel with customer success for smooth clinical adoption of the product, ensuring customers can realize ROI of the applications as quickly as possible. Writing project schedules for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities. Develop and manage projects within time and financial budget. Managing client expectations of product and services. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Communicating all the requirements and commitments (both verbally and in writing) for each project with clients, GEHC staff and management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of project management or commercial operations experience, or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 10 years progressive experience in project management). Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities Proven project management experience in complex environments Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
