• Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to gather and understand business requirements • Independently develop, test, debug, maintain, modify, and install complex software programs using structured programming techniques • Participate in code walkthroughs • Provide on-call rotation support for production systems • Facilitate incident management • Conduct post-incident reviews • Engage in all phases of the full systems lifecycle, from design to implementation, maintenance, and support of applications and systems software • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the information technology environment/infrastructure to resolve complex challenges • Research long-term solutions to recurring problems • Monitor customer data management systems, associated processes, and protocols to effectively solve problems • Develop program specifications, flowcharts, and prepare internal documentation on program development and revisions • Communicate status updates to stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
- Must have three (3) years of experience with/in: ServiceNow Development or Administration; Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations; Analyzing, writing, and modifying models to support software source code that enables business capabilities; Understanding of the information technology environment or infrastructure; Applying codes using JavaScript, AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, and REST; Collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to test applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and customer expectations; Applying tools such as Jira Agile and ServiceNow Agile; and Developing user stories within assigned sprint deadlines and ensure deployment with minimal defects.
