Sales Contract Administrator

Samsara

• Process moderate-complexity sales transactions, including contract validation and PO review. • Monitor and triage support tickets from the sales team. • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy in deal setup. • Identify and flag process inefficiencies or blockers. • Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate deal and contract data. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in process execution.
  • Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
