Role Description We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. This position will report directly to the Director of Systems and will be responsible for: - Deploying product updates - Creating product infrastructure - Developing automation to support greater efficiencies across the company The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering and will work with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended. Senior Database Administrator

Platform Administrator, Zoho CRM

Role Description This role will serve as our Zoho administrator, working across sales, marketing, operations, and external partners to improve platform reliability, governance, user adoption, and integration quality. We are looking for someone who combines strong hands-on Zoho administration experience with the ability to support internal training, enforce platform standards, and coordinate technical dependencies across systems. - Administer and optimize Zoho CRM, including fields, layouts, workflows, automation, permissions, dashboards, and reporting. - Establish governance standards for platform changes, data quality, user access, and release management. - Support end users through onboarding, training, documentation, SOPs, and office hours. - Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve platform adoption and long-term maintainability. - Coordinate and troubleshoot integrations between Zoho and other business systems. - Help ensure CRM design supports scalability, data integrity, and operational consistency. - Enable the Payentry IT team to support the Zoho platform after the contract period for this role has ended. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in CRM administration, business systems, RevOps, or CRM transformation roles. - 3+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM administration experience. - Strong knowledge of Zoho workflows, automation, permissions, reporting, and related applications. - Experience with integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and authentication patterns. - A track record of building user adoption through training, governance, and documentation. - Comfort working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. - Experience in post-merger, fast-changing, or multi-entity environments is a plus. Retirement Plan Administrator

Role Description We are actively looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator to join our benefits team. This role would serve as a contact for our plan vendors and third-party administrators, and also prepare necessary reports and documents for the plans. Under management guidance, this role would be responsible for the daily maintenance tasks associated with the plans.
