• Preparation of committee meetings and strategic appointments • Preparation and follow-up of advisory board meetings and shareholder meetings (agenda creation, compilation of materials, presentations, etc.) • Preparation of presentations, briefings and decision papers for meetings with shareholders, partners and external stakeholders • Research and structured consolidation of relevant information, metrics and data for strategic decisions • Operational support for executive management • Support for strategic projects and the structuring of new initiatives • Preparation and follow-up of key meetings, deadlines and projects • Analysis & reporting • Preparation of business metrics and creation of reports for management and shareholders • Monitoring relevant trends and developments in the AI ecosystem and the business environment • Conducting ad-hoc analyses and research on strategic topics
Job Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a comparable field
- Advanced semester (at least 3rd semester of a Bachelor’s program or enrolled in a Master’s program) with initial practical experience (internships, working-student roles), ideally in start-ups, consulting or corporate strategy environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides; structured presentation of complex content)
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and an independent, solution-oriented working style
- High reliability, discretion and strong organizational skills when handling confidential information
- Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in start-up topics, business development and strategic issues
- Very good written and spoken German and English

Role Description GoodPower is an evidence-based, nimble, and adaptive organization that routinely evaluates our programs to measure impact. Over the last decade, we have continually tested and refined our approach, and have successfully built a set of program offerings that blend cost-efficiency, rigor, scale, and measurable impact. Our programs have demonstrated success through external evaluation, including with partners at Stanford, Yale, and George Mason Universities. We also collaborate regularly with research partners such as Analyst Institute, GrowProgress, One Minus Beta, and Tufts University’s Center for Information & Research on Civic Learning and Engagement (CIRCLE). The Chief Research Officer (CRO) will direct GoodPower’s Good Data Lab, our in-house empirical research lab.
