Role Description We're looking for a product manager to own meaningful parts of the Lisk product end-to-end - from problem framing and discovery through PRDs, launch, and iteration. You'll work across our core surfaces and partner closely with design, engineering, sales, and marketing to ship. This isn't a role where you inherit a mature roadmap. We're early-stage, which means a lot of customer research still to do - you'll spend real time with users, validate assumptions in the open, and turn those learnings into product direction. You'll define behavior from first principles, navigate a stack with deep third-party integrations, and make calls that shape how businesses move money globally. - Own product areas end-to-end: opportunity discovery, problem framing, PRD writing, scoping, launch, and iteration - Write crisp PRDs that engineers and designers can build against without ambiguity - Define behavior for complex financial workflows end-to-end, including the edge cases most teams skip - Make tight scope and tradeoff calls in close partnership with engineering and design - Work directly with integration partners to align capability boundaries with product decisions - Run customer research end-to-end - interviews, prototype testing, beta programs - and turn what you learn into roadmap direction - Define and track success metrics for the areas you own - Contribute to product strategy and help shape what gets built next Qualifications - 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on complex, multi-surface products (web + mobile) - Proven fintech experience - you've shipped financial products at depth - Strong PRD discipline - your specs are precise, opinionated, and easy to build from - Comfort with technically deep product surfaces and heavy third-party integration work - Strong systems thinking - you reason about state, edge cases, and second-order effects, not just happy paths - Sharp judgment on scope, sequencing, and what's actually worth building - Excellent written communication for a remote, async-first team - Heavy hands-on AI usage in your daily PM workflow - drafting, research, prototyping, scoping - Bias to ship, with a high bar for craft Requirements - Experience with crypto or onchain products - Experience working directly with financial infrastructure partners - Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups Benefits - Flexible work schedule so you can balance life and work on your terms - 25 vacation days per year - Annual team retreats in amazing locations - not corporate offsites, but trips you'll actually look forward to
Role Description We're looking for a senior product designer to join our product team and own the end-to-end design of large parts for our web and mobile experiences. You'll work across complex financial workflows - onboarding, payments, treasury management, card controls, permissions - and help build the design system that ties it all together. This isn't a role where you inherit a mature product and optimize. You'll be shaping foundational UX patterns from the ground up, running user research to validate them, and working closely with product and engineering to ship. What you’ll be doing - Design end-to-end experiences: from research and discovery through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI - Build and maintain the design system - components, patterns, and guidelines that scale across web and mobile - Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis) to inform design decisions - Design complex multi-step flows for financial operations (payments, approvals, account management) - Collaborate closely with product management and engineering in a fast-moving, async-first environment - Contribute to product strategy by translating user insights into feature direction Qualifications - 5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex, multi-surface products (web + mobile) - Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work on fintech or similarly complex products - Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system - Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply user research - Excellent systems thinking - you design in patterns and components, not just screens - Strong communication skills for a remote, async-first team - Proficiency in Figma - Experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows Bonus superpowers - Experience with crypto, DeFi, or blockchain products - Experience designing for B2B financial tools (treasury, payments, expense management) - Familiarity with multi-sig or approval-based workflows How we work We're a remote-first team spread across the world.
