Role Description The Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor is responsible for providing consultative support and advising the organization on best practice and effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions. This role works with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create sourcing strategies, and advise on hiring plans. - Primary contact for hiring leaders - Focus on understanding short- and long-term business needs - Partner with leaders on workforce planning - Manage supporting recruitment strategies - Conduct passive outreach and offer negotiations This role is remote and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Qualifications - 5 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience - Healthcare experience preferred - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. In lieu of degree, 6 years of administrative/Human Resources/recruiting related experience.
