Role Description As a Deployed Customer Engineer (DCE), you are the technical bridge between Couchbase’s engineering excellence and our customers’ most ambitious business goals. You will deliver strategic solutioning and work within customer engineering teams to deliver business outcomes through technical implementations. Qualifications - Strong proficiency in at least two major languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or C#). - Deep understanding of NoSQL concepts, distributed systems, and SQL-based query languages (N1QL). - Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to both developers and executive stakeholders. - Comfortable navigating Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and networking (VPCs, DNS, load balancing, security).
