Role Description We are seeking a Pricing Manager to drive disciplined pricing practices and support profitable growth across the Sales Area. In this role, you will translate pricing strategy into commercial execution—ensuring that discounting is applied strategically, margins are protected, and decisions are supported by strong data and analytics. Key Responsibilities - Execute pricing and discount strategies aligned with global and regional frameworks - Translate pricing strategy into practical tools, guidelines, and approval structures - Monitor and govern discount practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness - Identify and reduce price leakage and improve margin performance - Lead pricing analysis, scenario modeling, and profitability assessments - Support negotiations and strategic commercial decisions with data-driven insights - Partner with Sales leaders to improve pricing discipline and effectiveness - Manage pricing KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives - Lead and develop Pricing Specialists and standardize ways of working Qualifications - 5–8 years in pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance - Experience working with sales organizations in a B2B environment - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills - Experience in pricing analytics, discount governance, and margin optimization - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field Key Competencies - Strong business and financial acumen - Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge decisions constructively - Strong communication and presentation skills - Leadership capability in a matrix organization - Advanced Excel, BI tools, and pricing systems proficiency - Fluent in English Benefits - Comprehensive total compensation package - Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and disability insurance - 401(k)-retirement savings plan - Opportunities for professional competence development and training - Opportunities for career advancement How to apply For immediate consideration, please apply online at www.sandvik.com/career and apply to the “Pricing Manager, Sales Area Americas” position.

Role Description As the Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing pricing analytics, operations, and governance. This is a high impact role that is equal parts strategic and tactical and will have significant visibility to the senior leadership team. You will develop a deep understanding of our pricing data and how that ultimately impacts revenue targets, margin targets and sales productivity. You will be involved in a varied set of activities such as: - Data analysis - Price elasticity modeling - Discount tracking - Financial modeling - Competitive benchmarking This is a team sport and you will work closely in collaboration with the sales, finance, marketing and strategy teams to help achieve organizational financial objectives, guide pricing strategy and improve pricing operations and management. What You’ll Do - Shape the Pricing Landscape: - Analyze historical pricing information, evaluate pricing metrics, and quantify trends to determine the best price points for our business across the Americas. - Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing data, including cost structures, market and segment variances, and competitor pricing. - Provide high impact insights to support contract/pricing differentiation and champion value-based selling. - Manage enterprise pricing escalations and deal desk operations by working closely with segment sales and account managers. - Propose, design, test and monitor new and innovative pricing constructs that could help improve monetization. - Identify opportunities to improve current pricing processes, tools and infrastructure and be an advocate for change. - Create and update dashboards to provide visibility into pricing and identify opportunities for margin expansion. - Collaborate for Success: Work closely with various teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, to develop data-driven tools and strategies that empower efficient pricing decisions. - Support New Product Launches: Provide critical input on new product pricing strategies to foster successful product launches in the market. Qualifications - 5+ years full-time work experience in a pricing or financial analysis role - Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, statistics, economics, or other similar quantitative discipline. MBA, a plus. - Fundamental understanding of pricing concepts and frameworks and a genuine interest in that domain. - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate insights based on complex data analysis. - Prior experience with Salesforce.com CPQ or similar pricing systems a big plus - High/expert level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Requirements - The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $130,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. • Generate and provide rate sheets and pricing estimates to clients prior to job dates. • Evaluate and prepare custom pricing arrangements when applicable. • Reconcile contractor and vendor invoices against biweekly and monthly payroll records. • Research and respond to contractor and vendor inquiries regarding payment schedules, disputes, payment status, and other payment-related questions. • Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and contractors. • Perform credit card and payroll reconciliations. • Process resource payment information, including direct deposit and W-9 forms. • Track and perform market analysis related to vendor and contractor costs. • Maintain and update accurate pricing and payroll records within software systems and repositories. • Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the finance team. • Assist supervisors, managers, and executives with special projects, as requested. • Perform other duties as assigned.
