• Drive the technical execution of our Salesforce roadmap, designing and implementing robust customizations. • Develop scalable, high-performance digital solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern integration frameworks. • Create reusable frameworks, automated CI/CD pipelines, and technical documentation. • Consult architecture and business teams on technical best practices and optimal integration strategies. • Mentor junior developers within the Center of Excellence and champion high standards for clean, maintainable code.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in full-lifecycle Salesforce development, including backend logic, frontend components, and API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, platform limits, and security mechanisms.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical designs and deliver measurable, scalable outcomes.
- Fluency in English, with the communication skills needed to collaborate effectively across international, cross-functional teams.
