National Account Manager – Sweet Baked Snacks

The J.M. Smucker Co.

• You will be the Sales lead for the Sweet Bakes Snacks strategic business units • Build and maintain relationships within HEB, Hy Vee and Winco • Develop strategies to drive brand/category growth and achieve or exceed sales/profit goals • Own & lead negotiation for joint business planning, new items, key initiatives • Influence key stakeholders to implement solutions through fact-based presentations • Support and partner with Supply Chain team • Grow partnership between customer and internal cross-functional teams • Manage execution of everyday business • Own annual business plan & HEB, Hy Vee and Winco Joint Business Plan • Perform in-depth analysis of sales and profit components • Work with syndicated/other data sources to manage and inform strategic and tactical plans • Manage internal sales system • Effectively manage trade budget and distribution • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of CPG sales experience with direct national account HQ management experience
  • Proven leader in negotiation success
  • Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills (negotiation, selling, presentations, etc)
  • Proficient in use of syndicated data sources (IRI/Nielsen)
  • Ability to relocate in the future for other growth opportunities with the Company
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of work schedule

Job Summary: Relationship Managers at Edenred, will drive stakeholder partnerships, by maintaining a positive customers experience.
