• Responsable de la instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de equipos • Diagnosticar, reparar y reemplazar componentes en equipos soportados por NCR Voyix • Instalar nuevos equipos o actualizar los existentes • Atender y resolver inquietudes del cliente • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo, diagnósticos y reparaciones periódicas • Capturar información detallada de activos del cliente para procesos de facturación
Job Requirements
- Licencia de conducir vigente y sin infracciones
- Educación secundaria completa o experiencia equivalente
- Conocimientos básicos de informática, incluyendo Windows y Microsoft Office
- Experiencia en mantenimiento y soporte de hardware de PC
- Capacidad para trabajar con mínima supervisión, resolver problemas, aprender rápidamente y cumplir plazos bajo presión
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y orientación al cliente
- Aptitud mecánica y eléctrica; experiencia en hardware de computadoras, redes y periféricos
- Integridad personal y disposición para el trabajo en equipo
- Disponibilidad para horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y guardias
