Role Description We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with strong digital design fundamentals and hands-on exposure to basic web development. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is comfortable working in Figma, understands how designs translate to the web, and is actively using modern AI tools to improve speed, quality, and creativity. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to design and build visually engaging, user-friendly digital assets. Key Responsibilities - Design clean, modern visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns - Create and maintain design files, components, and layouts in Figma - Translate design concepts into basic web-ready implementations (HTML/CSS and light front-end updates) - Support website updates, page builds, and minor UI enhancements in collaboration with developers - Apply AI-powered design and productivity tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and iterations - Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints - Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently - Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional, remote teams Qualifications - 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design - Demonstrable experience designing for the web (UI layouts, responsive design, digital assets) - Working knowledge of Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration - Basic web development skills, including HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how designs are implemented on the web - Practical experience using AI tools in a design or creative workflow (e.g., AI image generation, layout assistance, content or asset enhancement) - Prior experience working in a fully remote role, with strong fluency in remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar). Candidates must have previously worked with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered. - Strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications - Experience with basic JavaScript or modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) at a foundational level - Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar - Exposure to UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards - Motion or interactive design experience (e.g., simple animations, micro-interactions) Tools & Technology - Figma - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent - HTML, CSS (basic JavaScript a plus) - AI design and productivity tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar) - Web platforms and CMS tools (Webflow, WordPress, or similar) - Remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or equivalent)
