Customer Success Manager – Freight Exchange

• Drive active platform adoption and long-term engagement by managing, onboarding, and growing relationships with existing customers. • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with forwarders and Logistics Service Providers through outbound prospecting. • Coordinate product demonstrations, onboarding, and activation efforts to drive early-stage platform adoption. • Act as a trusted advisor to users, ensuring they achieve their business goals on the platform. • Maintain operational visibility by tracking customer engagement and health metrics.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation sales, account management, or customer success.
- Native or professional fluency in both Polish and English.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption and nurturing customer relationships.
- Highly disciplined in managing partner referrals and sales pipelines.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
