Title: Deposit Operations Specialist I Location: Remote - OSAGE BEACH, MO $19 ‒ $24 Hourly Job Description: Summary: Coordinate with VP Deposit Operations Lead in implementing and carrying out bank policy and procedures with respect to overall deposit operations of First Bank of the Lake. This position’s primary responsibility is to perform a wide range of deposit operations and transaction processing duties. All positions at First Bank of the Lake require a high level of commitment to exceptional customer service and customer relationship development for internal and external customers. In addition, employees must possess the level of product knowledge necessary to effectively service and educate customers regarding the benefits of the Bank’s products and services and effectively promote them. Job Functions: - Balance and verify ACH reports and process items to be returned. - Process QuickRate requests and redemptions. - Process wire transfers (foreign & domestic) - Send out client notices. - Check stop payment forms against core or maintenance report. Verify/review stop suspect report. - Verify Automated Fund Transfer and Sweep reports. - Reconcile any unpostable DDA or Savings transactions. - Manage dormancy and escheatment activities. - Process debit card requests, compromised cards, limit adjustments, maintenance and Reg E claims. - Address all inbound and outbound ACH Returns and NOCs. - Initiate, support and troubleshoot online and mobile banking. - Set up recurring automatic transfers. - Process and review file maintenance and exceptions. - Complete new account checkbacks. - Complete and review name and address changes. Role Description This position is needed to lead the strategic execution and governance of telecommunications compliance for a portion of Twilio’s business. As a compliance subject matter expert, you will safeguard Twilio’s reputation by navigating the complex intersection of global regulation and product innovation. You will act as a regional owner, managing operational rhythms and partnering cross-functionally to mitigate risks while identifying growth opportunities.
