• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing while aligning with Remote’s terms • Manage the entire procurement process in Coupa in partnership with key business owners and stakeholders • Track and monitor software license renewals to ensure timely renewal of services • Partnership with Remote’s Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities • Maintain constant communication with vendors to address and resolve day-to-day issues (i.e. addressing/escalating vendors non-performance)
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in indirect (services and SaaS) procurement
- Solid experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience in Coupa Intake & Orchestration is a plus
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial negotiation and contracting skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong documentation skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team
