• Participar en talleres de análisis de negocios para reunir, clarificar y traducir requisitos de informes y análisis en soluciones BI efectivas • Diseñar y desarrollar informes y tableros para satisfacer tanto necesidades informativas como operativas, siguiendo las mejores prácticas en Tableau • Construir y optimizar fuentes de datos de Tableau, extractos, cálculos, filtros, parámetros, acciones e interacciones de los tableros • Utilizar SQL para consultar, validar, transformar y analizar datos de almacenes, lakehouses y otras plataformas de datos de fondo • Colaborar con ingenieros de datos y equipos de plataformas para alinear tableros de Tableau con modelos de datos subyacentes, pipelines y conjuntos de datos curados • Apoyar aplicaciones de BI en producción, incluyendo la solución de problemas, optimización del rendimiento, soporte al usuario y solicitudes de mejora • Documentar soluciones de BI, incluyendo lógica de tableros, definiciones de datos, mapeos fuente a informe, cálculos y estructuras de publicación de Tableau • Apoyar o liderar iniciativas de migración de BI, incluyendo de on-premise a la nube, modernización de tableros heredados o consolidación de plataformas • Ejecutar trabajos en alineación con los estándares de desarrollo de BI y contribuir a la mejora continua de las prácticas de BI • Realizar demostraciones, presentaciones ante clientes y Pruebas de Concepto para mostrar soluciones de BI y capacidades analíticas
Job Requirements
- Inglés avanzado es obligatorio
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Consultor de Visualización de Datos, desarrollador BI o rol similar
- Muy buena experiencia con Tableau:
- Cálculos LOD
- Parámetros, acciones, filtros
- Extractos vs conexiones en vivo
- Optimización del rendimiento de Tableau
- Publicación y permisos en Tableau Server/Cloud
- UX del tablero y mejores prácticas
- Sólida conocimiento de SQL para validación de datos, uniones, transformaciones, optimización del rendimiento y consultas analíticas
- Sólido entendimiento de conceptos de datos, incluyendo modelado de datos para análisis y fundamentos de ETL/ELT y cómo las herramientas de BI consumen datos de fondo
- Experiencia colaborando o apoyando plataformas de datos de fondo (p. ej. almacenes de datos, lakehouses, servicios de datos en la nube)
- Familiaridad con entornos de datos modernos que alimentan herramientas de BI (p. e. Snowflake, Databricks, servicios de datos de Azure, Fabric)
