• Advise on all legal matters related to product development and user experience, including consumer protection, e-commerce, auto-renewals, dark patterns, disclosures, advertising law, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Apple, Google). • Partner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, marketing and content teams to provide clear and actionable legal guidance across multiple product lines and jurisdictions. • Review and advise on sign-up flows, cancellation flows, upsells, monetization models, and content use. • Monitor evolving global regulations (e.g. FTC, DSA, ROSCA, GPSR, UK DMCCA) and help translate them into product-ready compliance strategies. • Help shape and scale our legal processes, templates, and risk frameworks, in collaboration with privacy, content safety, and commercial legal teams. • Identify and mitigate legal risks early in the product lifecycle, and support creative problem-solving to enable smart innovation.
Job Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (EU, or equivalent) with 4-6 years of experience, with some in-house experience at a tech or digital consumer company.
- Experience with evolving global regulations with a strong focus on the EU and the US.
- Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws, digital products, and regulatory frameworks affecting product design and marketing.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing product and marketing decisions at scale.
- Skilled at giving practical, risk-balanced legal advice under tight timelines.
- A builder’s mindset, you love structure but can also thrive in ambiguity.
- Familiarity with global subscription models, health tech, or wellness products is a plus.
- A team player with high EQ and a natural curiosity for how products work.

This role will be partially client-facing. - Strategically and cost-effectively manage and partner with outside counsel in employment litigation matters. - Advising and counselling on day-to-day issues as well as strategic and systemic projects. - Support internal training initiatives by providing legal guidance on labor law topics relevant to client-facing teams and regional HR partners. Qualifications - Licensed to practice law in an APAC jurisdiction and in good standing in all jurisdictions where admitted. - 4+ years of relevant experience practicing employment law within the APAC region where licensed.
