Mitratech
Role Description The Professional Services Consultant participates and contributes to the successful completion of assigned client implementation project activities of Mitratech’s suite of products. These implementation project activities include: - Requirements analysis and definition - Configuration of software - Testing - Go-live support for our clients The Services Consultant plans, researches, and analyzes the business requirements of the client; makes reasoned decisions after assessing the circumstances, and then provides recommendations along with the risks and issues involved with each alternative to the client. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Participates in multiple projects in varying phases of implementation simultaneously - Meets with other team members and the client’s business users to identify project objectives - Works within the overall project plan and schedule - Works independently and collaboratively on customer-specific solution design and functional configurations - Participates in customization design sessions with the Technical Services Manager - Meets regularly with developers assigned to the project to get periodic task updates on customization work and clarify questions - Supports customization testing, including preparation of test scenarios - Supports client user acceptance testing - Collaborates with customer team participants, Client Managers, and Engineering to assure project success - Facilitates communication upward and across the internal project team, including the status of assigned tasks - Ensures that all project deliverables are complete (broad-based perspective) - Works as a member of a multidisciplinary team, fostering teamwork and communication Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - 5+ years of relevant consulting, professional services, or related experience, SaaS industry a plus - Strong attention to detail with excellent presentation skills - Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment - Experience working with remote project teams - Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills - High proficiency or fluency in English, written and verbal - Knowledge of Mitratech’s TeamConnect software is a plus Requirements - Equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status

The Senior Stop Loss Underwriting Consultant will underwrite new business prospects as well as existing renewal groups with a larger view of the various blocks of business and how the block is managed from a risk perspective. The Senior Consultant will underwrite with quality and accuracy standards set by the Stop Loss Organization with focus on their blocks of business profitability and growth not just the rating targets. Work to achieve department production expectations: quotes, declines, total work units as well as profitability and management of their blocks. Build and maintain good working relationships with TPAs, Broker Partners, sales teams and service teams. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: - Analyze plan characteristics, assess experience as to frequency and severity of loss, assess current ongoing risks, utilizes established underwriting criteria, policies and methodologies to establish a profitable quote/pricing - Gather, enter, and examine data and documentation necessary to develop pricing and assess risk - Evaluate claims experience of current customers and prospects in accordance with production and timeliness standards - Perform claims re-pricing analysis of external claims data (e.g., Large claims, Aggregate) - Anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them - Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions - Active in the development of business strategy - Provides explanations and interpretations to others with a clear and positive approach - Motivate and inspire other team members - Subject Matter Expert and resource - Works within policy and compliance constraints - Leads projects involving cross functional areas - Negotiate rates and plan options to optimize profit and growth for the book of business they are responsible for.
