Job Description

Workday Business Analyst

Brooks Automation

• Serve as initial contact point for system issues and new requests • Provide guidance on Workday business processes and transnational usage • Have direct responsibility for processing, rescinding, correcting, and canceling transactions • Drive efficiencies through automation in the areas of business processes, integrations, and data loads • Champion key features and functionality that will enhance the user experience • Participate in Workday update testing process, managing issues with Workday's support team, and supporting all HR functional groups • Participate in projects including application enhancements / upgrades, new functionality deployment and new application implementations • Assist with preparation of annual HR programs such as talent, performance management, open enrollment, and compensation planning • Monitor various system integrations for errors, and provide basic integration issue troubleshooting • Work with HR and key managers to improve the effectiveness of Employee and Manager Self Service by developing and delivering actionable reports in appropriate worklets • Consult with functional teams on the selection, application and implementation of metrics • Manage confidentiality of data by following established security/confidentiality standards • Work to implement data integrity audits and strategy to ensure data integrity • Educate and promote self-service reporting functionality with end users by utilizing various communication and training methodologies. • Create user documentation • Conduct user training on accurate use of applications

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of Workday HRIS and reporting experience
  • Advanced knowledge of software and spreadsheet applications, complex formula and macro creation – MS Office
  • Strong HR acumen and technical capability
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to apply systems knowledge to solve and analyze issues
  • Self-starter who possess strong customer focus
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with multi-tasking capacity.

Role Description The Business Transformation Lead is a hands-on execution leader responsible for supporting and delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives within Wealth Operations and adjacent operational functions. This role focuses on disciplined execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivering measurable outcomes across a portfolio of initiatives. - Support end-to-end execution of transformation initiatives from intake through implementation, stabilization, and optimization. - Apply established execution and change methods to promote consistency, progress tracking, and disciplined delivery. - Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and external partners to drive alignment and execution. - Identify execution risks, dependencies, and constraints, and escalate issues with clear options and recommendations. - Ensure initiatives are implemented with appropriate attention to operational stability, controls, and evolving business priorities. - Partner with business, operations, and platform teams to assess service model impacts, operational readiness needs, and workflow changes tied to transformation efforts. - Support transition planning and execution activities related to operating model redesign, platform modernization, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications - 8–12+ years of experience supporting or leading transformation, change, or execution initiatives in complex organizations. - Experience at a clearing or custody firm (for example Pershing, Fidelity Clearing, Apex, or Schwab), or in a broker-dealer role with direct ownership of the clearing relationship, operating platform, and related advisor and client service model, is preferred. - Experience leading or supporting a clearing conversion, custodian transition, or service model redesign in a regulated wealth or brokerage environment is preferred. - Demonstrated experience delivering components of large-scale initiatives or managing multiple workstreams end to end. - Proven ability to manage competing priorities and interdependencies across multiple stakeholders. - Working knowledge of clearing and custody platforms, including NetX360+, Apex, and Wealthscape, and the servicing workflows they support — including account opening, ACATs, money movement, corporate actions, and advisor/client servicing — is preferred. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority. - Experience working in environments with regulatory, risk, or control considerations is preferred. - Ability to rapidly learn new business domains and translate direction into clear execution plans and outcomes. - Prior experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred. - Knowledge and experience using AI tools to support requirements development, project outputs, and related deliverables is preferred.
