Senior Account Manager

• Leads to introduce 3M Thinsulate ™ & Scotchgard™ solutions to apparel brands, highlighting their unique benefits and applications. • Implements Collaboration with the APAC team, where most of the brand suppliers are located, to ensure seamless supply chain operations and timely delivery to factories. • Determines Directions & Strategies to drive partnerships with brands. • Supports the Marketing team to drive for more co-branding marketing events, leveraging 3M's brand equity and expertise to create mutually beneficial promotions and campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant experience in the textile & apparel market, with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Clearly goal-oriented, with a strong self-driven principle and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet with clients and suppliers.
