Role Description - Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and Typescript/React. - Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise on existing websites. - Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in web development and make suggestions for improvements to our processes and workflows. - Participate in team meetings and provide regular status updates on projects. - Complete assigned tasks on time and with a high level of quality. Requirements - Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Coding fundamentals - knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures and a strong command of at least one programming language. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Build and maintain relationships with key client decision makers • Provide thought leadership for client’s CTO, enterprise architects • Participate in sales planning activities and contact existing clients • Enable and train internal presales and field sales teams on industry trends

• Manage .NET engineers by setting expectations, running effective 1:1s, and owning each engineer's growth and performance. • Write production code and review PRs with genuine depth; your technical credibility is the foundation of your coaching. • Mentor engineers across all three dimensions: modern .NET patterns and practices, general engineering craft (design, testing, review culture, observability), and career development. • Partner with our .NET Architect on the ongoing migration from .NET Framework to .NET Core — owning delivery sequencing, removing blockers, and contributing directly to code migrations. • Hold delivery accountability for two non-US-based DevOps engineers and one part-time contractor — ensure work is understood, assigned, and completed without unnecessary delay. • Run sprint ceremonies in partnership with our Delivery Manager; keep the team well-coordinated with dependent product and infrastructure work. • Maintain working knowledge of our AWS and Azure environments sufficient to ask the right questions, assess risk, and escalate appropriately.

• Owning the technical roadmap for Eliza and our AI agents product line. • Coding alongside the team — a hands-on leadership role. • Building and line managing a team of product engineers. • Sharing the product hat with our GM, supported by our CPTO. • High bar on both speed and quality, balancing between the two depending on context. • Deepening Eliza's integration with Found.
