• Manage .NET engineers by setting expectations, running effective 1:1s, and owning each engineer's growth and performance. • Write production code and review PRs with genuine depth; your technical credibility is the foundation of your coaching. • Mentor engineers across all three dimensions: modern .NET patterns and practices, general engineering craft (design, testing, review culture, observability), and career development. • Partner with our .NET Architect on the ongoing migration from .NET Framework to .NET Core — owning delivery sequencing, removing blockers, and contributing directly to code migrations. • Hold delivery accountability for two non-US-based DevOps engineers and one part-time contractor — ensure work is understood, assigned, and completed without unnecessary delay. • Run sprint ceremonies in partnership with our Delivery Manager; keep the team well-coordinated with dependent product and infrastructure work. • Maintain working knowledge of our AWS and Azure environments sufficient to ask the right questions, assess risk, and escalate appropriately.
• Scale AI-powered capabilities across the team • Work through a project list of outcomes that evolve as we continue to scale – and deliver capabilities, workflows, and reports. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and other functions to gather requirements and enable teams on the capabilities you’ll build • Focus on connecting key areas of the GTM motion to orchestrate faster and more precise go-to-market outcomes • Create documentation and resources to help the team build new skills and agents at scale • Drive Demand Generation programs • Leverage AI to work with contractors, agencies, and internal resources to grow results • Combine disparate reporting signals into a singular view • Automate signals and workflows within our go-to-market motions • Own Marketing reporting and insight • Work with RevOps and AI tools to provide consistent, accurate reporting on Marketing KPIs • Mine data for insights and escalate findings that can result in improved GTM performance
• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning our solutions with the client’s evolving eCommerce business needs to drive sustainable and profitable growth. • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s industry, business, and strategic priorities that drive eCommerce growth. • Conduct regular strategic business reviews (QBRs) to showcase ROI, discuss business goals, and uncover growth opportunities. • Identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. • Partner with Sales to develop account growth strategies and effectively manage a robust pipeline of incremental revenue opportunities. • Partner with clients to achieve specific financial targets related to the growth of their Dropship, Marketplace, and overall eCommerce programs. • Proactively monitor customer health, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies. • Proactively manage client renewals and collaborate with ecosystem partners to ensure client health is closely monitored and stakeholders are engaged. • Drive adoption of platform features and new solutions to maximize business value and drive results. • Facilitate training and enablement of the platform as needed to maximize product usage and expand client programs. • Leverage data analysis and customer insights to recommend strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency. • Act as an industry expert sharing key industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices to position Logicbroker as a strategic partner. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to share customer feedback and align on growth strategies. • Maintain accurate account information within account plans and CRM systems to report on client health, opportunities, and risks. • Provide regular updates on revenue forecasts, expansion opportunities, and churn risks.
