• Daily Product Command — Own every phase of the mobile product lifecycle on iOS and Android. • Product Backlog Management — Maintain a refined, prioritized backlog of features, bugs, and improvements. • Feature Discovery & Delivery — Lead ideation, research, competitive benchmarking, and on-time feature delivery. • UI/UX Perfection — Enforce pixel-perfect mobile design standards and catch micro-alignment issues across devices. • Mobile UX Research — Keep ongoing competitor intelligence and UX research updates, studying top-performing apps. • App Store Optimization (ASO) — Optimize app store presence: descriptions, screenshots, keywords, ratings, and reviews. • Post-Production Control — Monitor releases in real time and resolve issues immediately post-deployment. • Product Events & Monitoring — Set thresholds, alerts, and proactive monitoring for crashes, ANRs, and performance anomalies. • Push Notification Strategy — Own roadmap, testing, segmentation, and optimization to maximize engagement. • Mobile Performance Optimization — Ensure benchmarks for load times, battery, memory usage, and app size. • In-App User Flows — Design and optimize onboarding, paywalls, subscription flows, and core user journeys. • Mixpanel Execution — Track metrics, funnels, heatmaps, and session replays to guide backlog priorities. • Platform-Specific Considerations — Deliver native-feeling experiences within iOS and Android guidelines. • Version Release Management — Coordinate submissions, rollouts, phased releases, and rollback strategies. • Twice-Daily Feedback Loops — Provide detailed feedback to dev and data teams at least twice daily. • Team Coordination — Facilitate daily action items for the Product Owner, QA, Dev, and Data teams.
Job Requirements
- Entrepreneurial and real-world business experience is a must, even if it was unsuccessful.
- 5+ years of experience managing mobile apps and teams across iOS and Android platforms.
- 5+ years in product management in leadership roles, with proven success managing complex mobile products under daily operational control.
- Experience leading Product Owners, QA, development, and data teams in a mobile-first environment.
- Eagle-eye attention to detail — capable of spotting 1-pixel misalignments instantly across multiple devices.
- Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, touch interfaces, and platform-specific UI/UX guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).
- Proven track record of competitive mobile app analysis and UI/UX improvement.
- Deep knowledge of component-based mobile UI systems and UI refactoring.
- Experience with mobile app analytics platforms and attribution tools (Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar).
- Strong mastery of data analytics events and KPI-driven product control, especially mobile retention, DAU/MAU, and LTV metrics.
- 2+ years of hands-on Mixpanel experience for advanced product analytics.
- Understanding of mobile app architecture, API design, and native vs. cross-platform considerations.
- Experience managing App Store and Google Play Store submissions, reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT-5, Anthropic) for product operations.
- Knowledge of mobile A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies.

Role Description The Product Monitoring Manager will oversee product complaints and post-market surveillance in accordance with ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP, EU MDR, and other pertinent regulations. Success in this role requires strong leadership and comprehensive technical expertise in medical devices and pharmaceuticals. The Manager supervises a team and ensures sufficient resources are available to fulfill complaint handling and post-market surveillance-related responsibilities. Requirements - Provide leadership in complaint handling and post-market surveillance processes. - Ensure complaints are accurate and closed in a timely manner. - Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting on the performance of complaint handling and post-market surveillance to executive management through Quality System Management Reviews. - Perform trend analyses and lead monthly Product Performance Management (PPM) meetings. - Provide oversight and review of device Vigilance Reports for the US, Canada, Australia, and/or Europe. Coordinate responses to regulatory agencies as required. - Oversee Post Market Surveillance activities, ensuring complaints, vigilance, and annual reports (such as PSUR) comply with regulations and standard procedures. - Compile and deliver comprehensive reports on product performance as needed. - Support Health Hazard Evaluations (HHEs). - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Complaint handling and post-market surveillance during audits and regulatory inspections. - Lead periodic reviews of regulatory intelligence information to ensure procedures are updated. - Complete literature reviews as necessary, reviewing to determine related complaints or adverse events.
