Job Requirements
- 8–10+ years in large, global environments
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365 platform
- Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot or similar tools
- Strong understanding of M365 security and governance
- B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.

Title: Integration BSA</p> Location: TX-Westlake Pay Rate $46 - $58 (hourly estimate) Job Description: A large financial company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong backend integration expertise and a solid understanding of how to bring data into and extract data from legacy .NET applications using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), Data Sync, middleware, batch processing, ETL processes, and related integration technologies. In addition, candidates should have hands-on experience working with AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and modernization efforts. This includes using GitHub Copilot, Copilot Chat, and other generative AI capabilities in VS Code to generate documentation artifacts, enhance user stories and epics, create diagrams, refine requirements, and support intelligent automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document integration requirements between legacy .NET systems, Salesforce, and other platforms. Design and map data flows using APIs, batch processing, ETL, and middleware solutions. Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to rapidly generate and refine documentation, diagrams, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
