• Troubleshoots, services, installs and repairs Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray and Cargo Inspection equipment • Maintains field service log and filing system • Conducts follow up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction • Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs • Fosters positive customer relations and high customer satisfaction • Installs, repairs and maintains equipment in the field

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree/Related Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
  • Must be willing & able to travel at short notice
