Role Description The Vice President, States Initiatives will lead the Recoding America Fund's portfolio focused on ambitious reform of state governments, working with a growing field of partners. This role requires a field-building orientation to spur durable reform at scale. - Own both the strategy and operations of RAF's state-level work. - Bring a clear point of view on high-leverage reform opportunities. - Design scalable mechanisms for engaging state partners. - Focus on co-creation with ecosystem organizations. - Ensure the field is strong enough to outlast the organization. - Engage at both federal and state levels, ensuring a feedback loop with the Federal Policy Director.
