Role Description This position is responsible for new project launch and keeping mass production projects running well in speaker testing related. - Work with advance team to hand over new project and collaborate with global site to transfer the project to local site on testing related process and equipment. - Review product designs for testability requirements and provide feedback on test equipment/fixtures design based on lessons learned from earlier project phases. - Support manufacturing with failure analysis, speaker in-process rework, tester debugging, and reducing intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment. - Collect and analyze test data, continually improving FPY and test coverage to meet requirements. - Study and create applications for line of business to support normal continuous improvement processes. - Perform semi-routine technique development and maintenance, adhering to established standards, including ISO and QS development standards. - Provide training in new procedures to production testing staff. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industry, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - Five years or more experience in Electronic manufacturing as a Testing Engineer. - Strong communication skills and excellent team-building abilities. - Good experience in the testing area. - Experience with Labview/TestStand, C#, or VB programming. Requirements - Knowledge of electronic circuit board analysis and ability to read schematics. - MSA and CPK analysis knowledge. - Experience in design for manufacturing and testing. - Familiarity with Automotive standards such as VDA, AIAG, ISO/IATF16949. - Experience in test program development. - Experience with different kinds of instruments for Audio Amplifier or RF signal. - Experience in leading a new project in the testing side.
