Lead Technical Implementation Consultant
Shipium
• Embed Solutions Architect methodologies into the delivery lifecycle, performing deep functional and operational solutioning for enterprise customers. • Configure the Shipium platform and APIs, reviewing technical setups in detail to guide customers toward industry best practices. • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Solutions Engineering teams to navigate complex technical trade-offs based on your deep knowledge of our product suite. • Collaborate with the Professional Services and Pre-Sales teams to scope, estimate, and develop proposals for custom configurations. • Build, document, and implement scalable, clean project implementation methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Own the technical implementation from initial kick-off through post-go-live "hyper care" before handing off to Customer Success. • Deconstruct complex timeline issues into actionable components; proactively identify and communicate technical blockers or risks to stakeholders. • Serve as the technical anchor for the Implementation team—coaching, mentoring, and training team members on advanced technical workflows. • Act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, championing customer needs to directly influence the product roadmap. • Participate in the hiring and interview process as we scale, while continuously creating and distributing documentation on integration best practices.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of related technical experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in a customer-facing technical implementation, software delivery, or solutions architecture role within the supply chain tech space ( WMS, OMS, TMS, or Multi-Carrier Shipping Platforms highly preferred ).
- Required proficiency in utilizing AI tools to accelerate daily workflows, code generation, troubleshooting, or documentation.
- Direct experience leveraging the Claude/Anthropic ecosystem for technical problem-solving and data parsing is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and modern project management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Role Description The Pharmacy Analytics Consultant provides direct support for both Pharmacy and Medical Drug information needs using a variety of analytic tools and applications. The Consultant will work with internal and external stakeholders and management, as required, to achieve Pharmacy Markets strategy, growth, compliance, and affordability objectives across the enterprise. The analyst collaborates with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., clinical, financial, sales, and Line of Business Leaders) to recommend actionable items leading to positive pharmacy financial performance.
