Marketing Operations Manager

• Own and maintain reporting across marketing funnels and lead generation channels • Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROI, conversion rates, lead velocity, and conversion cycle time • Build and maintain dashboards and weekly reporting frameworks for leadership • Analyze channel performance and proactively identify inefficiencies or underperforming campaigns • Manage lead flow, segmentation, attribution logic, and campaign data accuracy • Support outbound marketing initiatives including cold calling, SMS, direct mail, referrals, and email outreach • Work hands-on with marketing and CRM data to improve visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational decision-making • Maintain CRM structure, pipeline accuracy, and operational workflows • Improve systems and automations to reduce manual work and increase efficiency • Manage large datasets, including data cleaning, auditing, imports/exports, and operational organization • Build scalable workflows and operational processes that support company growth • Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation for repeatable functions • Own workflow and project management systems such as ClickUp or similar platforms • Manage and oversee remote team members including VAs, cold callers, lead managers, or operational staff • Establish KPI scorecards, reporting cadences, and accountability frameworks • Lead weekly performance meetings and track operational metrics across teams • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement structured solutions • Support performance management initiatives, including coaching and underperformance resolution • Serve as a key operational point of contact for leadership
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of direct experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, RevOps, or similar performance-driven operational roles
- Near-native English proficiency (strong C1/C2 written and spoken)
- Strong hands-on experience working with marketing and operational KPIs, including CPL, CPA, ROI, attribution, funnel performance, and conversion metrics
- Proven experience personally handling marketing or CRM data, reporting, funnel analysis, and campaign performance tracking
- Experience owning performance outcomes, operational metrics, or marketing channels — not solely supporting reporting functions
- Demonstrated experience managing remote teams with structured accountability systems such as KPIs, scorecards, reporting frameworks, or performance tracking processes
- Experience directly handling team performance management and operational accountability
- Advanced Excel skills and strong comfort working with large datasets (10K+ records)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into operational decisions
- Ability to work independently, create structure, and thrive in fast-paced environments

Role Description You will join the Digital Services and Marketing Operations team within S&P Global Mobility, a group responsible for ensuring our marketing systems, data, and processes enable scalable and measurable go-to-market execution.
