Job Requirements
- 6+ years of combined experience in software delivery, technical project/program management, engineering leadership, or similar roles
- Deep understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and modern cloud-native architectures
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-team technology programs
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, ADO, or similar
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, especially in technical environments
- Experience working with senior stakeholders or in regulated domains (e.g., health & security)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Certifications such as PMI‑ACP, PMP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent are beneficial.
