Role Description Мы ищем целеустремлённого кандидата, готового пройти интенсивный путь развития и за год выйти на уровень самостоятельного специалиста по контекстной рекламе (Я.Директ). - Настройка и оптимизация рекламы в рекламных кабинетах (Яндекс Директ); - Сбор семантики и составление планов бюджетов; - Анализ эффективности рекламных кампаний; - Проверка выполнения планов и обновление инструкций; - Проведение встреч с клиентами/ведение переговоров; - Подготовка отчётов о проделанной работе; - Ответы на вопросы клиентов; - Работа с аналогичными рекламными площадками (например, Яндекс.ПромоСтраницы и другими); - Работа с популярными нейросетями для подготовки рекламных материалов. Qualifications - Наличие комфортного и тихого рабочего места, оснащённого современным компьютером и гарнитурой; - Умение работать с Microsoft Excel, создавать скриншоты экрана и пользоваться облачными хранилищами (например, Яндекс Диск); - Желание и готовность развиваться в сфере интернет-рекламы и аналитики; - Базовые знания рекламных инструментов (Я.Директ, Я.Метрика); - Внимательность к деталям и способность быстро осваивать новые навыки; - Умение эффективно организовывать свою работу и фиксировать её итоги в системе учёта задач; - Готовность работать в режиме многозадачности и адаптироваться к изменению приоритетов. Requirements - Испытательная неделя: Оплата рассчитывается исходя из оклада 50 000 ₽ в месяц; - Тестовый месяц: Длится 4 недели. Оплата рассчитывается исходя из оклада 50 000 ₽ в месяц; - Обучение и стажировка: Длится 3 календарных месяца. На этом этапе оклад составляет 60 000 ₽ в месяц. Весь период адаптации нужен для того, чтобы мы могли оценить работу, самостоятельность, обучаемость и результат. По итогам обучения и стажировки принимается финальное решение о продолжении работы.
