Role Description Client is looking for candidates who are familiar with various automation tools and possess a skillset more closely aligned with a full-stack developer. Responsibilities include: - API Integrations: - Build and maintain API integrations to connect CRM platforms to third-party tools, ensuring seamless and efficient data flow. - Assist with API setups, integrations, and troubleshooting. - Connect and maintain integrations between HubSpot and various client CRMs, including Mindbody, Mariana Tek, ClubReady, and similar platforms. - AI Automations: - Create and manage AI automations to streamline internal operations and enhance client processes. - CRM Management (HubSpot Focus): - Manage and optimize our CRM (HubSpot), including accurate data entry, effective segmentation, and workflow setup to support client campaigns and internal processes. - Support automation and technical workflows across Meta and Google Ads ecosystems. - Technical Troubleshooting: - Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. - Web Asset Management: - Manage and update web assets, including WordPress and Next.js sites, ensuring they are user-friendly, optimized, and aligned with the company’s branding. - Client Portal Development Support: - Support the development of new features for our client portal, focusing on functionality, scalability, and user engagement. - Project Updates: - Provide regular updates on projects, ensuring alignment with company’s goals and timely completion. Qualifications - Minimum 2 Years experience - Excellent English Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential, with a proactive approach to providing updates and managing tasks remotely. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and collaborate effectively with a team to implement lasting solutions. - Remote Work Capability: Comfortable working remotely and able to align your working hours closely with US time zones. - Proven experience in web design and development. - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms from a technical or automation perspective. - Strong knowledge of CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, and reporting. - Hands-on experience with APIs, including building and maintaining integrations between platforms like HubSpot, Meta Ads, and various third-party tools. - Proficiency in creating automations with tools like Zapier, with a focus on best practices and efficiency. - Proficiency in Zapier, BaseDash, WordPress, Next.js. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with multiple client CRMs in an agency environment. - Basic scripting or automation experience using tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar. - Familiarity with the wellness and fitness industry is a plus. - Prior experience supporting a CTO or technical lead.
