Role Description Zur Verstärkung der Vertriebsaktivitäten in den Produktbereichen ElectricDrive & Process Monitoring suchen wir Unterstützung für das Vertriebsgebiet Nord-/Mitteldeutschland. - Verantwortung für die Neukundenakquise in bestehenden Marktsegmenten, insbesondere Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Automotive (OEMs) sowie Tier-1-Zulieferer. - Identifikation, Entwicklung und Ausbau neuer Marktsegmente wie Medizintechnik, Pharmaindustrie, Verpackungstechnik … - Vertriebsseitige Unterstützung des Key Account Managements und des Außendienstes bei Bestandskunden. - Analyse von Kundenanforderungen im direkten Austausch sowie auf Messen. - Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Lastenheften, Spezifikationen und Freigabelisten. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement bzgl. Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten. Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mechatronik mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich elektromechanischer Antriebe und Prozessüberwachung. - Erfahrung in der technischen Projektierung von Kundenanforderungen. - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt. - Hohe Reisebereitschaft und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise. - Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
