Role Description Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a Service Coordinator to join our National Service & Training team! The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing daily service and installation operations and activities. Drives customer satisfaction via strong customer relations, high quality service and efficient scheduling, strong organization and overcoming service, scheduling and installation obstacles. - Address customer complaints and service-related issues promptly with a commitment to maintaining positive customer relations in a professional manner. - Possess a comprehensive understanding of all facets of installation. - Schedule and coordinate service calls of all natures which would include plumbing (cartridges, showers heads, handhelds). May also include flooring repair, wall repair, minor drywall repairs. - Manage the schedules of 10+ Service Technicians across the nation. - Create work orders for materials needed and work to be completed. - Maintain effective communication with the Senior Services Manager, Senior Production Manager and Service Technicians for various Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations. - Ensure that data and notes are consistently updated in the scheduling software. - Upload service tickets and photos into CRM (Salesforce). - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors if necessary. - Take escalated customer calls and coordinate with management for resolution. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 5+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Dispatching experience. - Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce). - Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and customers. - Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness. - Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize various tasks effectively and adapt seamlessly to evolving circumstances. - Must possess the ability to remain calm and composed while effectively communicating with customers. The duties and assignments include translating high-level requirements into data storage solutions; creating PoCs and/or prototypes to evaluate various cloud database technologies, architecting and implementing cloud-based database solutions on various platforms; developing and supporting a migration plan from legacy on-premises database to multi-cloud/hybrid cloud platforms. The Data Architect will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing database architectures across cloud-native, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments in support of CMSO modernization initiatives. This role provides expert-level guidance for migrating legacy workloads to commercial cloud platforms and develops Architecture Design Documents that reflect best practices aligned with the Government's selected Cloud Service Providers. The Data Architect will work closely with enterprise teams to shape database standards, assess return on investment, and recommend cost-effective, performance-optimized solutions. The architect supports both strategic and operational activities, including configuring cloud databases, enabling diagnostics, optimizing performance, and implementing threat-driven security settings. Responsibilities also include monitoring database usage, addressing replication strategies, and advising on anticipated growth to inform resource planning. Additional tasks include provisioning relational databases, managing server-level operations such as scaling, restoring, or deleting instances, and configuring geo-replication and monitoring metrics. Through this broad scope, the Data Architect ensures robust data management and supports CMSO's efforts to build resilient, secure, and future-ready database infrastructure. In addition, the Data Architect will execute the following responsibilities: - Continuously analyze, monitor and optimize database and database query performance to improve responsiveness, scalability and cost efficiency across the full service to meet the functional and non-functional requirements. - Implement automated performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies. Provide regular performance assessments and recommendations for improvements. - Lead the design and implementation of multi-tenant, cloud-based data architectures, supporting both cloud and hybrid/on-premises solutions using distributed architectures. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
