Role Description The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership and direction across a range of customer-facing deployments, while also driving technology change through specialised internal and external projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved from initiation through to implementation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to provide clear, consultative guidance, build alignment, and secure buy-in at all levels. This is a highly customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will apply a blend of waterfall, iterative, and agile delivery approaches depending on project requirements and outcomes.
