• Managing psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder facility-based and outpatient professional treatment health benefits through telephonic or written review • Uses appropriate screening criteria knowledge and clinical judgment to assess member needs to ensure access to medically necessary quality behavioral healthcare in a cost effective setting in accordance with UM Clinical Guidelines and contract • Refers cases to Peer Reviewers as appropriate • Performs psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder assessment coordination implementation case planning monitoring and evaluating to promote quality member outcomes to optimize member health benefits and to promote effective use of health benefits and community resources
Job Requirements
- MA/MS in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field, or a degree in nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with facility-based and/or outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder treatment
- Current active unrestricted license, such as LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, RN or Clinical Psychologist to practice as a health professional within the scope of licensure from the state of North Carolina
- Prior Utilization Management/Case Management experience with a broad range of experience with complex psychiatric/substance abuse cases preferred
- Bilingual English-Spanish is highly preferred
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EMR
- Comfortable using multiple screens simultaneously

Role Description Myriad Genetics is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Interfaces & EMR with deep expertise in Epic Aura and Epic interoperability workflows to lead a team responsible for the implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise EMR integrations. This role will lead a blended team of approximately 10 full-time employees and contractors supporting Epic-focused integrations, interoperability initiatives, operational support, and workflow optimization across health systems and strategic enterprise partners. This leader will serve as a key operational and technical partner across Clinical Interfaces, Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Customer Success organizations to ensure scalable, high-quality integration delivery and support.
