Job Requirements
- 5 plus years of proven success in consultative sales, influencing decision-makers, and driving solution adoption within financial services, employee benefits, or related industries
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to uncover customer requirements and present compelling, tailored solutions
- Knowledge of Workplace Investing, employee benefits, or financial services; familiarity with CSR, workplace giving, philanthropic solutions, or Fidelity internal functions is a plus
- Ability to manage territory, pipeline, and time effectively in a goal-driven environment
- Strong presentation skills across virtual, phone, and in-person channels with diverse stakeholders
- A problem-solving demeanor with the agility to adapt as client needs and solutions evolve
- Series 7 and 63 required (or ability to acquire within 2 months of hire)
