• Responsible for collaborating with peers and management to elicit, analyze, understand and validate requirements for changes to processes and systems • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks • Conduct meetings/sessions to design solutions that meet business needs • Create and design solutions that assists operations in meeting core business objectives • Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion • Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members • Performs all other duties as assigned by management • Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
