Akamai's Marketing Analytics team is evolving toward an AI-powered, operationalized model for scalable decision-making. This Senior Analyst role drives AI orchestration, automation, and advanced measurement across marketing. You will improve planning, forecasting, experimentation, and reporting while scaling MMM and optimization capabilities. The role translates analytics into actionable insights, connects teams, and delivers business-ready recommendations. As a Senior Analyst, you will help lead this transformation by: - Identifying, orchestrating, and scaling AI-driven workflows across the marketing organization. - Leading the evolution of advanced marketing measurement capabilities such as Marketing Mix Modeling, forecasting, experimentation, and investment optimization. As a Senior Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Leading AI automation initiatives improving marketing workflows, insights, governance, planning, reporting, and organization adoption at scale. - Developing scalable AI solutions that automate marketing operations, improve decision-making, and drive trusted organization adoption. - Leading advanced marketing measurement and optimization strategies to improve ROI, forecasting, investment decisions, and business growth alignment. - Translating complex analytics into executive-ready recommendations supporting strategic planning, investment decisions, and performance optimization. - Bridging marketing and data science to prioritize high-value AI, analytics, and measurement initiatives driving scalable business impact. - Turning AI insights into prioritized experiments and optimization roadmaps driving measurable impact and continuous investment improvement. - Improving data quality, automating workflows, and building scalable governance and processes enhancing efficiency, consistency, and decision-making agility. Qualifications - 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy, decision science, and a Bachelor's Degree. - Apply AI tools to improve workflows, decision-making, and operation efficiency across marketing and analytics functions. - Evaluate and optimize business processes through automation, orchestration, and scalable workflow design approaches. - Apply advanced measurement methods including MMM, attribution, incrementality, forecasting, and investment optimization techniques. - Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-level narratives. - Support planning, forecasting, and performance optimization through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. - Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to align technical solutions with business impact. - Leverage AI-driven tools and systems thinking to build scalable, adaptive, and automated decision-making systems.
