• Run targeted outreach campaigns to companies exploring AI adoption — sequences, follow-ups, and replies to prospects • Support client onboarding onto AI tools (like Qurio) — scheduling, coordinating access, and tracking who's set up and active • Draft client-facing communications: meeting recaps, status updates, check-in emails, and project summaries using AI tools • Own all follow-ups — no lead goes cold, no client gets left waiting • Track active AI implementation engagements — know what's in progress, what's blocked, and what's next • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other channels — posts and updates around AI agent use cases to support outbound campaigns • Produce inbound content — thought leadership articles, case studies, and blog posts that showcase FocusKPI's AI work and attract inbound leads • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or whatever works best) to automate repetitive tasks across research, writing, and ops workflows

• Run email outreach campaigns — sequences, follow-ups, and responses to prospects • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other channels (posts, newsletters, updates) • Own all follow-ups — no lead goes cold, no client feels ignored • Maintain client relationship touchpoints — check-ins, recaps, status updates • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever works) to speed up copy, research, and workflows

• Develop and deploy AI chatbot/agent solutions for enterprise use cases • Integrate LLM-based agents with structured and unstructured enterprise data • Connect chat interfaces to SQL/enterprise databases and internal APIs • Build and integrate machine learning models (prediction, classification, clustering, etc.) • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation • Integrate ML outputs into chatbot or workflow interfaces • Support data pipeline development and automation • Collaborate with internal team and occasionally clients to understand requirements • Document model logic, workflows, and implementation details

• Test new features and prototypes periodically • Provide feedback on usability and regulatory alignment • Review risk management and documentation workflows • Suggest improvements based on real industry practice • Join occasional 30–45 minute feedback sessions

• Run live product demos for prospects, partners, and early users • Execute outreach across email/LinkedIn/warm introductions, and manage consistent follow-ups • Maintain relationships with prospects and early customers through structured check-ins, updates, and next steps • Collect customer feedback after demos and trials, summarize insights, and translate them into clear product requests • Refine sales and marketing materials • Support onboarding and light implementation coordination • Track pipeline status and progress using CRM or internal tools • Improve go-to-market workflows and outreach methodology

• working on actual product initiatives using the latest advancements in Custom GPT-based agents • applying technologies to real customer use cases, including AI-powered CRM tools, medical device risk automation, and influencer marketing platforms

• Attend conferences, webinars, and industry events on behalf of FocusKPI • Initiate conversations with potential partners, customers, and stakeholders • Conduct structured customer discovery to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs • Help build and manage a pipeline of leads, contacts, and follow-ups • Summarize insights and recommend GTM opportunities based on conversations • Support outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and partner channels • Assist with preparing pitch materials, demo scripts, and value propositions • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align market needs with development priorities

• Design and run go-to-market experiments across marketing, sales, and onboarding • Help shape our messaging and positioning through competitive and user research • Identify growth channels (e.g., partnerships, content, outreach) and test them • Support website content, landing page structure, and user conversion funnels • Build internal dashboards to track performance across acquisition, engagement, and retention • Collaborate across product and engineering teams to align growth strategy with roadmap
